Yaşamı ve kariyeri

Welsh, 30 Mart 1942'de İngiliz asıllı bir ailenin oğlu olarak Edmonton, Alberta, Kanada'da doğdu.[5] Kanada Ulusal Tiyatro Okulu'ndan mezun oldu. 1964'te başladığı oyunculuk kariyerini 2022 yılındaki ölümüne kadar sürdürdü. En çok rol aldığı TV dizisi; Twin Peaks (İkiz Tepeler) ve sinema filmi; The Aviator (Göklerin Hakimi) ile tanındı.[6] Yer aldığı diğer bazı yapımlar arasında; The Day Reagan Was Shot ve The Day After Tomorrow sayılabilir.[7]

Özel yaşamı ve ölümü

Majical Cloudz müzik grubunun[8] solistliğini yapan Devon Welsh adında müzisyen bir oğlu bulunan[9] Welsh, 5 Mayıs 2022'de Toronto, Ontario, Kanada'daki aile evinde kalp durmasından 80 yaşında öldü.[10]
